Broomhead are a 5 piece Alt-Rock band hailing from Manchester, England. Formed in early 2017 they have gone from strength to strength and built a sizeable following. They released their debut recording Petrichor part 1 in November with RGM Magazine stating that it was a ‘collection of songs that bring with them great musicianship and powerful influence.’ also calling the lead track Lucas Lane ‘a masterpiece’ The band have had an extremely busy year so far with gigs in support of Amnesty International and Musicians Against Homelessness with a highlight being playing Tatton Park alongside Toploader in July along with various other festivals.

They have recently put the finishing touches to their follow up E.P Petrichor Part 2 which is due for release in the latter part of the year.

While in the studio, they decided to re-record Who Are You? a track from Part 1, this time including the fabulous double bass talents of Pablo Estabenez-Blanco which was released as a single on 24th August. Broomhead have gone from strength to strength and in 2018 that shows no sign of slowing down!
